ABOUT SIGAFOOSE

We here at Sigafoose Chiropractic believe that a personalized touch is necessary to the development of patient trust and the positive effects in treatment. Below is a list of our staff, their history, interests and why they deem most important; it’s exactly this attitude that separates Sigafoose from the rest!

Dr. Tina Sigafoose

Dr. Sigafoose graduated from Spring Grove High School in 1976. However, her greatest challenge was graduating with a doctorate from Life Chiropractic College in 1982. Sigafoose Chiropractic Life Center office was started in 1970 by her father and purchased by Dr. Tina Sigafoose in December of 1983. Perhaps most interestingly she has 4 brothers, a sister, a brother in law, a sister in law and a cousin who are all chiropractors! From the early age of 9 Tina knew she wanted to be a Doctor of Chiropractic. Her parents raised her Chiropractic first, and it`s a living testament to the power that has made the body, heals the body.

Dr. Sigafoose particularly enjoys long distance running, deep sea fishing and spending time with her son’s Tighe Patrick and Tripp Jackson. Her healthy hobbies include running races, working out and fishing. In her 30 plus years of practicing Chiropractic Dr. Sigafoose has experienced one miracle after another with your clients. The family motto has always been Chiropractic 1st, medicine 2nd and surgery last. “The power that made the body will always heal the body given enough time and given enough of a chance.”

Jill Nicholson

Idea girl, artist and founder of Innate Ideas Design, Jill Nicholson is an urban wannabe, lover of sweets and mother of two cupcake-eating boys. Jill was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and relocated to Pennsylvania about 10 years ago. Her artistic talents started at a young age and bloomed a bit more while enrolled at University of Maryland Baltimore County. After UMBC, Jill made a few twists working at InterMedia, Multimedia Software and Accelera (multimedia companies). These fine places introduced her to new people, big ideas and global concepts that helped shape the person she is today. Jill’s not really limited to the design business; she was the first girl to make the boys soccer team at age 15 and still continues to be active with all types of races from running, biking and adventure races. She can be found during weekends doing something outside or out on the boat. A pet lover and is always taking care of the family plus lending a helping hand to whoever needs it.

Jennifer Redding

Hi my name is Jennifer Redding, I have been a massage therapist for 13 years and have loved every minute of it. I had received a massage when I was 17 years old and loved the way it made me feel so I decided to go to massage school so I could learn everything about massage therapy. I love when someone comes in with a problem and after working on their problem areas they come out of the massage room feeling a million times better, that just makes me feel so good by helping someone feel better. I practice many types of massages such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, pregnancy, reflexology, so there are lots of massages to choose from.  After going to massage school I decided to go to cosmetology school so I could learn how to do everything, so I could accommodate my client’s needs, so now I have also been practicing cosmetology for 7 years. Besides my work history I have a 7 year old son and had just got married September 24th of 2016 to the love of my life, which we have been together for 9 years before we decided to finally get married. I hope you enjoy getting to know me a little from my biography.

Heidi West

I was born and raised in the Pennsylvania Dutch Heartland, Akron PA. I have a BS degree from Lock Haven University and a massage therapy degree from the Swedish Institute in NYC. I spent many years working as a Licensed Massage Therapist. After marriage my husband and I moved to England, and I worked for three years as the massage therapist at the Victorian Royal Baths in Harrogate. While we were in England we started our family with the birth of our son. When we returned from my husband’s change of station, I retired from massage therapy and was a stay-at-home mom. Subsequently, I worked for PepsiCo for 24 years as the purchasing agent at the Frito Lay York Facility. Following my retirement from PepsiCo, I spent a few years just relaxing and enjoying our dream home and property that we purchased in Hanover. Taking care of our many animals, gardening, and loving on my Granddaughter. When Dr. Tina told me they were looking for a part-time office assistant I quickly volunteered my time and energy. I look forward to meeting you as you go through your chiropractic journey.
